Your link shows the arrival window as we update it — no GPS.
We build, check, hand over
We shake it, open and close it, put it in place. Cardboard flattened and off to recycling — the room is left clean.
Payment
At the end of the visit, exactly as agreed in the written quote.
You tell us how it went
Honestly. And when the next box arrives, you know where to find us.
BEFORE WE COME
Seven things that make the day easy.
- Boxes and instructions inside the room where the furniture goes.
- About 2 × 2 m of clear floor to lay out the parts.
- The old piece out of the room, if it is being replaced.
- An adult at home for the whole visit.
- Tell us the floor, lift and whether parking is difficult.
- If the piece needs anchoring, a photo of the wall beforehand.
- Pets in another room — for their own safety: there will be screws on the floor.
The arrival window on your personal page is set by us, manually, when we set off. It isn’t GPS — it’s us pressing “we’re on our way”.
