You pick the furniture. We put it together.

The visit costs €59 — two-person crew and travel anywhere in Athens — and each piece is added: desk +€40 = €99, double bed +€60 = €119, two-door wardrobe +€80 = €139. See the price list. The final amount is in your written quote before we book — and it doesn’t change at the door.

We flatten them and take them to the building’s or the street’s recycling bins; polystyrene and plastic go to the rubbish. The space is left clean. What we don’t do: load them into our vehicle or take old furniture away — we are not allowed to dump them elsewhere.

A photo of the label on the box, a screenshot of your order or the product link. Any one of the three is enough. If we need anything else, we write to you before quoting.

You can ask for a quote before they arrive. For the visit we need the boxes in the room, the instructions and clear floor space. If the boxes are downstairs and there is no lift, tell us beforehand.

We know — something is almost always missing. We stop that step, photograph it and agree the next move with you. We don’t hide damage and we don’t hand over anything unsafe. If a return visit is needed, we itemise it separately.

We tell you the moment it happens, photograph it, and never hide it. We are two owners, not employees: whatever we break we put right or take off the bill. Professional liability insurance will be in place as soon as the business registration is complete — until then we will not promise you cover we do not have.

Yes, where the manufacturer requires it and after we see a photo of the wall. We don’t drill an unknown or unsound wall — and we never leave a wardrobe unanchored when it must be anchored.

Area, floor, lift, where the boxes are and any parking or entry difficulty. If something changes the job, we agree it in writing before continuing.

Not yet. After the quote you pick one of the times we offer and we write back “booked”. That is when it enters our schedule. Your personal link always shows the current stage.

At the end of the visit, the way your quote states. No deposit, no card charge from the form.

Yes. To cancel, press “Cancel appointment” on your personal page — free of charge, and we’re notified immediately. To change the day or time, message us from your page or by WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, phone or e-mail; the change applies once we confirm it to you in writing.
