What’s included
- Frame, slats/base and headboard
- Drawers and storage mechanisms as designed by the manufacturer
- Stability check and positioning where you want it
- Cardboard flattened and taken to the building’s or the street’s recycling bins; polystyrene and plastic to the rubbish. The space is left clean.
What’s not included
- We don’t remove mattresses or old beds from the home
- Beds that must be anchored to a wall: we check a photo of the wall first
Before we come
- About 2 × 2 m of clear floor in the room
- Boxes and instructions inside the room
- The old bed out of the room, if it is being replaced

Common questions
Do you assemble storage beds with a lift mechanism?
Yes, wherever the manufacturer provides instructions. Send us the model — lift mechanisms take longer and we state that in the quote.
A bunk bed for a kids’ room?
Yes. We check the guard rails and ladder fixing as the manufacturer specifies and show you the result before we leave.
